Fire Exploring, and/or a firefighting RP program, you can join when in high school and gain experince that way, dip shit. Douche.

To ride I needed Firefighter 1, Blood born Pathogens, First Responder/CPR, and HazMat Ops.

My recommendation is to try and become a member at a volunteer station. Once you're a member you can begin training. You're not paid but you get the experience you need. My father stayed a volunteer his whole life, while my uncle went the paid route. The job stays the same.

ya if you wana be a fire man you have to have your FF1 and at least first responder, and DO1, and have passed your CPAT test.

A lot of fucking training, a lot of political bullshit.. I tried and I'll be honest, I couldn't cut it. Firefighters are a special breed, only a particular kind of work ethic can make you go through all of the crap they go through while enjoying it. The demand for firefighters is high, but the supply has skyrocketed. Hundreds of people are applying for one job. My suggestion, do something else. Most people couldn't cut it in such an honorable career.
