@Dahik420 No I did not. And now the headset have broken in one of the sides. I had to have them strech full out to be comfortable to use. It amaze me that they use so cheep and hard plastic. I will at this point not recomend WOW Headset to ANY ONE! I feel so ripped of. This is quite exspensive headset.
I am thinking Psyco AdioLabs for my next headset.

@yokymusha did you figure the problem out?? cuz im having the same problem and its really starting to piss me off doing arenas then the damn headset will shut and wont turn on for 3secs-10mins

Yes... I broke one of the headset slider thing where you can adjust it for how big your head is.. and I cant get one of the interchangeable horde/alliance plates on.. it falls off or just wont click in at all... the only good thing about that headset is the voice changing program... other than that its complete trash

Um im having trouble getting the audio panel i can find soundblaster in my files to install ive looked at the support on the website but its not there i have downloaded the pack for windows can you help?

I have own wow headset now for a few month and I am having troubble that they shut them selves of after a time of use. This time is all from 5 min to an hour or so, but they will shut down no mather what. I was thinking at first maby I had some troubble with my USB ports, but I have now tested on several computers and the troubble remains. This is for me really sad because I find the headset to be really great when they work. Just amasing sound quality! So how to fix this? Please help!

I have read reviews that say the headphone is really flimsy and looks easy to break. I am wondering is that true? I am really interested in getting one but those review really held me back.
