Many of the boats that were docked there at the time were swept away into Lake Erie. I am not sure if all the boats are accounted for!
That water flooding in the Ohio?

Thanks for replying. The Rocky River flows into Lake Erie and is situated between the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland on the east and the Black River in Lorain on the west. Most of the the Rocky River is located in the Cleveland Metro Park and the lack of commercial and housing developments next to the river eliminates the spectacular finacial losses of building in a flood plain. Unfortunately, development down river increases rainwater runoff.
