Funky Horror Band OP Animation

OP Intro to Wakusei Woodstock Funky Horror Band (惑星ウッドストック ファンキーホラーバンド), one of the first games to come out for the Mega CD (the Japanese version of the Sega CD). The game is released to feature some of the capabilities of the Mega CD during its time. While it was innovative for its use of voice-acting, anime-style FMV, and CD music, the game is considered among the worst for its bad Dragon Quest-style gameplay.

I have no comments about the game, but the music is exceptionally well-produced to be a game for Mega CD.

I agree. In fact, the music from the band was such a cult hit two albums featuring full versions of the music featured in the game, as well as new ones, were released. Those albums are now considered rare in availability.
