Pretty quick video about how to intonate your guitar. Check my other videos for more information on how to adjust your guitar! Feel free to ask questions!

The website I maintain and store I work for:
http://www.pineyhillsstudio.com/

Recorded on my HP Premium Autofocus Webcam and a studio mic.
Made to look as crappy as possible with Windows Movie Maker.

  • how can i set the rosetrem, so that it will only go down?

  • @tinchen62 There are stopper devices such as the tremol-no.

  • QUESTION! Does changing the tuning on the strings effect the intonation? PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

  • @xxDIMEBAGxLIVESxx Well, intonation is caused by string thicknesses, so if you are using different thicknesses, yes!

  • what would you recommend i do if... My G string is sharp and i have moved it all the way back and its still sharp. but there is no more space to move the saddle back. So its stuck sharp... What would you suggest i do? its really pissing me off that fking g string

  • @aoisatan Have you tried tuning the string completely flaccid, then tuning back up? Maybe try a new string?

  • when dealing with a tremolo, should you tune then lock it up then intonate it? or just tune, leave it unlocked, intonate, then lock?

  • Thanks for this

this will be helpful when I put my project guitar back together

  • CABEZA DE HISOPO XD

  • @MGuilherme87 I think it is a Schecter Blackjack

  • On a Floyd Rose, if it's flat for instance, you adjust the screw to the hole closer to the neck? or do you simply loosen it in the same hole?

  • Do you do one string at a time? Do you do one and then leave it in tune and then do another string? or do you do one and then make the others slack and then move on to the next one.

  • Thank you viperaps, you explained everything perfectly, i'll try to fix my tuning xD

  • so i just got a schecter hellraiser c-1 fr, and the trem is a little tight when i go to do dive bombs. if i just removed the middle spring in the back, would that solve the problem? i'm a noob to floyd's, so please help.

  • This helped me out alot. Thanks!

  • Ya know dude if you turn your guitar the other way you can lower them if they're too high and raise them if they're too low. That would make a lot more sense.
