when dealing with a tremolo, should you tune then lock it up then intonate it? or just tune, leave it unlocked, intonate, then lock?

Thanks for this
this will be helpful when I put my project guitar back together

@MGuilherme87 I think it is a Schecter Blackjack

On a Floyd Rose, if it's flat for instance, you adjust the screw to the hole closer to the neck? or do you simply loosen it in the same hole?
-
Do you do one string at a time? Do you do one and then leave it in tune and then do another string? or do you do one and then make the others slack and then move on to the next one.

Thank you viperaps, you explained everything perfectly, i'll try to fix my tuning xD

Ya know dude if you turn your guitar the other way you can lower them if they're too high and raise them if they're too low. That would make a lot more sense.
how can i set the rosetrem, so that it will only go down?

@tinchen62 There are stopper devices such as the tremol-no.

QUESTION! Does changing the tuning on the strings effect the intonation? PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

@xxDIMEBAGxLIVESxx Well, intonation is caused by string thicknesses, so if you are using different thicknesses, yes!

@aoisatan Have you tried tuning the string completely flaccid, then tuning back up? Maybe try a new string?
