do you guys have a dock that has a very good performance in playing all sorts of music, radio, alarm, charges phone 4, and the speakers will ring when someone calls you even when its docked?

Oh btw, If you use Pandora you should really give Slacker.com instead. They have 100,000's more songs and they broadcast in stereo instead of mono like pandora.
