I don't know the right word to describe this piece of music. It's like I just wanna drift away somewhere wherever this music wants to take me. Amazing sound. Perfect movie. 10/10. Whoah...

While watching Martin Scorsese's "Hugo" in 3D, the whole time I was thinking-"The Way Back" would have been amazing in 3D. Can you imagine the entire "Tibet" segment while we're all walking with them through the Himalayas with this music playing in the background? BTW, "Hugo" was a wonderful movie. Wonderful and dynamic use of 3D.

@Hotsauce850 no problem! I'm glad so many people here appreciate this music as much as I do. I agree-the music captures sheer desperation, loneliness, and the deepest depths of sadness and suffering...but the rhythm of the music tells us what the characters have to do-just keep on going

To all who enjoyed this film as much as me and wanted more similar films, i suggest you to watch the 2001 film ''As far as my feet will carry me'' Its a similar story about a German pow who escapes from a gulag, and it takes him 3 years to return home. Plus its a real story.. Cheers!
