6am. Hops on the ceiling,yeasty foam on the countertop, crud on the floor and the bucket lid?... about 4 feet away across the kitchen. What happened you might ask? The Imperial Stout fairy visted my house last night.

This brew takes an insane amount of malt extract and double the normal amount of yeast, they get overactive in higher-than normal temperatures. Go figure I didn't turn down the AC enough that night and look what happened... but I salvaged it and it tastes amazing... super alcoholic too.
