Some of the best teachers in the country are saying that No Child Left Behind makes their jobs both more difficult and less rewarding. Frustrations are mounting: teachers are demanding representation in Washington, choosing school management over classroom jobs, and reluctantly abandoning the profession altogether.
Even Einstein knew the value of creativity which, this law subdues and in cases kills.
" Creativity is more important than knowledge"

I have been teaching for 15 years and ready to walk out because of this ridiculous law. It has destroyed my classroom and subject (instrumental music) and I have an award winning band and music program that took me 5 years to develop and it only took this new principal 2 years to destroy it.

no child left behind is garabage, anyone with a mind that is in school can see that, testing all the time doesn't teach it's all about memorizing, you get them to discusse the topic and get them involved in the work
