If you are interested in trying a pre-workout supplement, you`ll have to choose between the new concentrated formulas (like USP Labs`Jack3d or Isatori`s PWR) and the old school pre-workout formulas (think No-Xplode, SuperPump, White Flood, etc). There are pros and cons to each, and which type wins the day really depends on what you want in a pre-workout supplement.

  • Great video, found it to be very informative & helpful. When you talked about the smaller serving size & supporting ingredients it cleared up alot of questions I had. I used Isatori's morph mega drive as my preworkout , I think would be considered more of an old school preworkout mix

  • good

  • Great review:-) i use Infinite Labs Juggernaut right now and it works pretty good
