i think reggie did a great job.... the reality is most people are naive and i think he relates to martin as most people would.... i think his willingness to explore martin's world says alot about his willingness to open and break down the barriers! nice one reggie...

@DaniellaSomalia I understand your point, but I think it's a good example of how a lot of people would feel in this situation; many people don't have experience with autism and WOULD feel uncomfortable, and not be altogether sure how to behave. It's not to be mean or cruel, it's just a natural reaction to an unfamiliar situation. Which is another reason why this project is so awesome; it allows people to become more familiar with autism, and shows how great everyone can be if given the chance :)

Atfirst and i really people who thought this way have actually changed their minds, atfirst alot of people thought reggie was rude at times by looking to be so uncomfy and at times asking questions infront of the person, like how uncomfy he acts and looks when sitting with martin at the start. Reggie isnt an expert and is learning like 1000s and 1000s of us. Id have been very uncomfy to but it doesnt mean any disrepect, its a natural form of defense against things we do not understand.
