I have seen that before, that the US is a lot like Rome in her decline. I can also see around me the things you are talking about. Sometimes I feel like screaming, "Can't you all see it?!" and other times, it's like I'm a kid in the back seat on a car trip, saying, "Are we there yet?" I hate the path this world is on, but like 'Jette said, it's running like a freight train, and one just needs to stay out of the way...and WARN OTHERS who will listen!
