  • Hey man, well done with your build, very nice. would u say the Gigabyte GA-P55-UD6 motherboard is worth it, or would you suggest looking at something else more worthwhile? cheers mate

  • This board is really good, I loved it. The only problem, which I don't know if it's the board or my OS, is that it can't recognize my iPhone/iPod/iAnything from any of my USB ports.... other than that, this board is rock solid and never had any problems. I'm able to run @3.86GHz with all "auto" settings in the bios... don't even needed to tweak anything

  • WOW i have a single x-25 m and i think its blazing fast but after seeing that i really have an idea of how fast it really is. Talk about getting the full potential of your cpu now. Really shows how spinners really bottle neck a system.

  • I went from 2xWestern Digital RE3 320GB in Raid 0 on to 1x 80 gig Intel X25-M and there is a major difference in speed, i can't believe how fast games etc load.

  • Pretty fast but I did not see so much difference compared to my 1TB x2 caviar black in Raid0, I was leaning towards the ssd but it's pretty expensive and I really do need the fast and huge storage for my needs.

My computer specs are very similar but my motherboard is a ASUS P7P55D Deluxe and my i860 is clocked at 4.2Ghz.

  • That's crazy fast !! Hahaa it takes at least that long for my computer to boot just to the desktop!
