This WILL damage your wood floor over time. Don't walk, RUN, from this video and this advice. Otherwise, you will waste months putting in the time to only damage your floors and necessitate a repair. Visit any website of the large wood manufacturers (Bruce, Mohawk, etc...) to see proper recommendations.

Sorry but you are using a damaging method with that broom and a cleaning product that causes build up. This may be how you clean hardwood, but its definately not the best way for the protection of the floor.
