There really isnt enough proper instruction out there on ground striking yet. Hell, i feel like ground striking could be the base for a martial art all unto itself. I think once alot of wrestlers in mma retire and start coaching and develop their own systems, we are going to see a big surge in fighters executing ground striking in more efficient manners.
