@iceblue4u Yes, but boxers are also superbly conditioned to take a hit. Average joe is not that well conditioned. And boxers dont' have to consider that a lethal weapon may come into play. You dont' want to go into trapping/grappling range unless you have to because it gets very nasty in there.

Don't boxers fight in trapping range ? Called in fighting. They rest their heads on your shoulder and hit your gut, uppercut , tight hook , even rabbit punch you.
