  • @TheMrLiberty The Democrats are up their ass, too. But if you look at the two parties and their records, you will easily see that the Republicans are worse.

  • How is the GOP up their ass? Did democrats not give bail outs to big corps and wall-street?

  • @megagagnon1 It was fun while it lasted.

  • Obama and the dems are up wall st ass they gave em all our money in bailouts. Corrupt Goldman Sacs who helped bankrupt the country of Greece was Obamas biggest campaign contributor. The banks and wall st tell Obama to jump and he says how high.

  • Conservaturds will vote for the wall st bill but if they ever get power again they will do away with it. You know the old saying.......... Let the free market take care of its self.

  • @ekjohndeer Reids GOP oppponent for the Nevada senate race recently suggested, re health care reform, that we go back to the days of yore, when the local MD could exchange his services for a chicken, ot two, or perhaps, a slave. Or indentured servant. Or a complaining child. I am not certain this is an intelligent way to proceed. But.....who knows?

  • @ekjohndeer There is a blessedly simple way to prevent major corporations from hedging their bets re the political process; exclude them from it. Liberals have been pushing for tax payer funded campaigns [ i.e zero influence from corporations et al] for years but conservatives insist its a free speech issue. Corporations arent 'people', they are craven, psychopathic machines who certainly dont give a sweet shit about anything beyond the bottom line.

  • Even though I don't pretend to know everything about this financial overhaul, I've seen enough of Obama to know that when he says, "Every day we don't act" I reflexively reach for my wallet.
