@TopUKFan Hey TopUKFan........just because Meade Co. was good, doesn't mean they were always the best. Yes, you all were terrific for a short time, BUT YOUR TIME IS OVER, and has been for many, many years. John Overton's show was MUCH more difficult than yours.

You outnumbered the '82 Meade County High School marching band by almost 2 to 1, yet you still didn't sound as good as we did, or as loud. Our band members didn't call you "Johnny Overblow" for nothing LOL

At this time, this was the most thrilling moment to the members of this band. It was our second year in the finals of this contest and we were happy about our performance and our placement. For the record, there were 246 members marching in this show.
