Is it as realistic as for example black shark ? And is it better then lock on ? Cuz that was prity un realistic... Can you for example switch (almost) all buttons ?

lock on is good, so is OF. Lots of ppl cant do OF tho , cuz its super complicated. If you have the time and patience OF is better IMO
