see her perform live if you can. not only does she sing beautifully but she's very funny and humble about herself. one minute you're crying next minute laughing. i can't say enough about her in concert.

I love these heartfelt songs that Cheryl sings..what a truely beautiful song this one is that paints a picture of this Northern town. What a beautiful voice Cheryl has and it magnificently has you drawn in to each and every word.

Thank you for the recommendation. I ran across her somewhere, PBS probably, and just was stunned by the sweet pure bright voice, and the wrenching painful beauty of her satisfied longing.

Outstanding songwriter and singer. Only seen her once back in the 1990's when she was performing at a venue in Pasadena, California. Her voice is so good!
