In need of a LTD Company?
You've found a contractor to fill the role - BUT, the contractor needs a LTD company solution before the contract is signed. Is the LTD Company solution a 'Deal' or 'No Deal?'

Compliance

Use a legit HMRC approved LTD company that offers an employment Contract to contractors. You do not want the HMRC knocking on your door because you've made the wrong choice! DEAL

Personal contact

You do not want contractors hassling you about payroll -- the LTD Company are accountable for their payroll. Make sure the LTD Company have Account Managers to deal with payroll issues.

Advice -- legislation, tax
Make sure the LTD Company have trained staff so they can support you with relevant advice -- You need to know what new legislation may affect your agency and contractors. DEAL

Incentive

If you want to be rewarded for referring contractors - make sure the LTD Company have a bona fide incentive scheme in place. DEAL

Contractor retention

If the contractors are happy with the LTD company, than they will stay with your agency for longer. DEAL

It's down to you -- 'Deal' or 'No Deal?'
