Cont' from comment below, it wasn't until the 3rd year of the Iraq War that the Military started retro-fitting the windows, floors and door panels on the Hum-V's with hardened steel and bullet glass. And only after the Death Toll of our Troops was getting high from IED's and RPG hits. We gave the RPG's to Iraq to help them fight Iran. Blackwater, Haliburton and Martin Merrietta need to pay Death Benefits for our Soldiers, and Rehab for Wounded and PTSD Canidates. Posted by Vietnam Vet PTSD guy

@theguitarczar I agree... that's the irony that no one ever talks about, we are a Capitalist Country, we are run by those with the "Capital". It takes Capital to get elected... it takes Capital to send PAC's and Lobbyist to DC to get their (excuse me Buy Their) foot in the door to bend the ear of those who sit on the commitees that make the decisions that in turn fills the PAC's and Lobbyist Wallets. War Monies go for the most part to the Civilian Contractors not to put Steel on the Hum-V's.
