GCC Baja Field Studies Program

Dr. Maria Kretzmann invites students and the community to join in and visit the Glendale Community College (Glendale, CA) Baja Field Studies Station. Located 500 miles South of GCC in a small fishing village called Bahia de los Angeles. Courses ranging from geology, marine biology, geography, and Spanish to independent studies and volunteer service are studied. Students and faculty live and eat at the station, which changes the lives of many who visit.
