Ok, I'm in for both these meets. God willing, I'll be competing raw at the Maryland State Championships on Nov. 20. Then I'll put on full single-ply gear for the American Open on Dec. 5. This felt like a decent week of training, and I'm tweaking a few things to get the most out of the 3 days per week I can go to the gym. I learned a lot about the deadlift gear this week. This will be the end of me using the erector shirt for this competition cycle. It doesn't work well with an extremely tight squat/deadlift suit, and that's what I'm wearing. Bodyweight is down 1/2 lb to 195.5. No real concern there. Thanks for watching!

I think you would have made 275x3 if your spotter hadn't touched it. Great squatting too! Were you beeping out what you said during those DB presses? ;-)
