Last part of the Paula Gloria classic, about how we can even talk to scary corporations using Marshall Rosenberg's careful study of the Nazi's holocast survivors and the communication skills they used to do so. This last section starts with Paula explainng the work of Byron Katie and whether there is a similarity to NVC. In 1961, Dr. Rosenberg received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in 1966 was awarded Diplomate status in clinical psychology from the American Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology. Also mentioned is Dr. Victor E. Frankl, Jewish psychiatrist, author of "Man's Search For Meaning" and Martin Buber Israeli philosopher as well as Michael Werner's "Spirit Matters"

  • It violates my need to hear the person you are interviewing's feelings when you constantly ask them about what they think about another person's work or thinking who they are not even familiar with...

  • @tondeaf then who will create that platform where people can learn of the work of other's? Oftentimes people who teach are unaware of other's work

  • I feel frustrated that the interviewer interrupted Marshall. I wanted to hear him finish his line of thought. I wonder if that woman wants to be taken care of by Marshall and has forgotten that there are other people involved in this interview.

  • @anutuk "I feel frustrated that the interviewer interrupted Marshall. I wanted to hear him finish his line of thought. I wonder if that woman wants to be taken care of by Marshall and has forgotten that there are other people involved in this interview. "tell me the part where I interrupted and let me see if I can figure it out. Did you hear all of it?

  • @paulagloria Thank you for interviewing Marshall and sharing the interview with us. :) Thank you also for responding to me. The part I was referring to was 02:21, when Marshall was talking about what they teach. I appreciate that you might have been requesting clarification, but Marshall's was presenting something in a sort of chronological order, I was wanting to hear the point after "Don't judge yourself for thinking that way (with anger)." Best Wishes.

  • @anutuk give me a few days to listen again and I will get back to you...I have 911 videos up and can't remember everything off the top of my head

  • @anutuk thought she did a nice job. and i'm a student/fan of nvc

  • @cfcreative1 brainwashing? Please explain. I take it you are of the viewpoint that people suck and we should be realistic about our inherent selfish evil nature? Or maybe you think this is collectivist propaganda careful crafted to submit freewill to the state? Or maybe you just like being a gangsta and like superiority yourself. Please explain to us how this video can possibly be considered brainwashing?
