@greydawn91 European prices include 25% vat tax, so for the US price you normally at least take off 25% before you calculate the exchange rate. In Europe the price for it actually starts at 106 Euro, that means that if it was for sale in the US it could be as cheap as $106 without a contract, thus $99 is a reasonable price to expect in the US without contract, for example one of the pre-paid carriers might pick it up, like MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile or the like.
