  • Hi PatersonExpress -

Here's my #1 tip for clearing up facial breakouts (which used to be a monthly problem) ... after washing your face gently with warm water before bed, cut a wedge of fresh lemon and rub it lightly on the affected areas of your skin. (If it burns, give it a moment or two, then rinse with cool water). "Zits" generally will disappear overnight! The acid of the lemon will kill any nasty bacteria and is a natural astringent, and the vitamin C aids in skin healing. Good luck!

  • Do you know any herbs that clear spots, i mean im 17 and its quite annoying even though it is natural at my age. All these gels and chemicals seem to not do anything. Thanks. I like all these videos! Your actually making me very interesting in learning about plants and herbs.

  • Hm.... I love lemon! It is the best for sore throats, just as is. It actually numbs the sore throat. I believe the seed is helpful with hormonal issues? Any word on that?
