In Episode 1, Joel and I take you on a "how to" for karaoke boxes in Japan.
Of all the fun things to do in Japan, karaoke has GOT to be high on the list... don't knock it till you try it! (and not karaoke BARS, but rather BOXES).
Again, this was just meant as fun for friends and family to check out our drinking habits... I mean to show them what we do for fun in Oita! Neither of us, as you will clearly see, are aiming for the karaoke circuit! lol

NOTE: As 1st noticed by Roxxxco, "cheers" in Japanese is written "Kanpai" (in romanji), not "Kunpai" as it's written in the video. Thanks for the catch Rox!

your videos are getting better and better with every post, I'm enjoying a beer as i watch this and its not the Alexander kieths thats talking but; your videos make me feel good for some reason, thanks for representing BC the way it should be. Jesse says thanks from Prince Rupert BC...do you get many canadian imports over there? bless

jesserai: Thanks bunches for the comment! I haven't been as far as Rupert... gotta get over there someday. And I gotta tell ya, one of the few major complaints I have about Japan is that there isn't a drop of Canadian beer or wine here. Lots of Canadian whiskey... but I am not a big whiskey fan.
