This ceiling bracket is designed to allow BeoLab 3 speaker to be attached to the ceiling. Because the cables enter the bracket from above and are hidden inside the bracket, the cable management gives excellent flexibility in new developments and also when adding BeoLab 3 to existing properties.
In the normal mounting position, the speaker is tilted downwards by 10 degrees. Using the two alternate fixing points on the BeoLab3, the speaker and can be adjusted to give a 20 degree or 30 degree tilt.
Machined from solid aluminium and clear anodised, this ceiling mount bracket is of the finest quality. Supplied as a pair.
The best is the "Acoustic Lens Technology" that is placed on top of the BeoLab 3. But because of them the speaker has to be pointed at you for optimal sound effect.

@MyRandomReviews I know someone who has got these as sorround. They are amazing. Other sorround speakers have to be at a certain place pointing in one position. These dont. The sound gets directed 180 degrees, which allows you to put them almost everywhere, without losing sound quality.

@hebsee I just mean with them having 3 drivers. (or 2 passive radiators) the sound will be rather un-directional. So they wouldn't make brilliant surround speakers.

The speaker is from Bang and Olufsen. And it sounds fantastic! You should go to a store near you and listen! The only downside is the price :)

I have to comment you on that design, it suits the speakers perfectly. Although I doubt these speakers would make very good surrounds. Who knows, I could be wrong! :P
