wiil he doesn't com back during kh 358 358 took place before the other members died and goes on to when roxas becomes someone in twilight town

358/2 days takes place after sora becomes a nobody while sora is in castle oblivion and after sora defeats the organization members in castle oblivion (while he is sleeping) and ends at the start of kingdom hearts 2

ok now your the 1st person who maybe to help me out here, i havent played 358 yet but im just waiting for a new ds. but ive played com and 1 and 2. please explain to me how the organization members you defeaat in Com can possibly still be alive in 358 if 358 comes afte3r COM. 358 cant possibly become before COM because this game takes place WHILST sora is slleeping in the pod. im a huge kh fan and i follow all of the storyline thus far but this has really confused me :S SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!
