@AttackMyAss true! there's not that much strength required for moves like that more like speed and technique but still im going to sound realistic it's always better to have some strength in your arms legs and the most important your back

That lift scene would have require astute reflexes, strike every opponent with a blow just below that jaw and above the Adam's apple. This should knock their air supply off, knocking them out for a few minutes. Speed, and precision. Otherwise U R KING JONG IL'S BITCH

I love how in these movies, people always stand back.
IRL he's either get an adrenaline burst, and actually beat their skinny asses, or he'd be dead.
Surprisingly enough, being calm when you're overwhelmed is the best defense/offense.
