cellphones are already an electronic dog collar that everyone voluntarily pays for and carries... you could not pick a more ingenious way to track and control a population... cellphones can listen in one you remotely, pinpoint your location with a few feet, look through your camera, remotely view your stored photos and data and see what your searching for on your browser... Im just an old country boy but I know a tag when I see one... I put them on my cows ears all day long...
