This Syrian walnut and roasted red pepper dip is utterly delicious. Serve it as a dip with hot puffy pita breads at the start of a barbecue gathering, or to accompany barbecued chicken or lamb dishes.

  • This is my cooking examination for this year. I am in a culinary school and i hope i can cook mahammara with practicing from your video :)

  • i eat my homemade mu7emmera while i watch this. im gonn try this new way, looks very accurate and good!

  • There seems to be as many different recipes for muhammara as there are people that make it. This is the first one I've seen without cumin though. I'm a little surprised at that. However, it's the best, and freshest, recipe I've seen so far. I'll make this one but I'll definitely be adding cumin.

  • Loved it, great dip

  • I did it last week, it was pretty good but it would be great to get some precise measurements, i think i put too much bread and too little pomegranate molasses, but it still was good.

  • I'll do this dip this week. I even bought a food processor just so i can make the muhammara.

  • thank you:)
