i have just solved the problem.Follow the steps below.
1.Go to start
2.click run
3.Type cmd in the box appear on the screen
4.click ok
5. a command prompt box will appear
6.Type msiexec /unregister and press Enter.
7.Type msiexec /regserver and press Enter.
After you have run the second command, it will return you to a new line ending with > and a blinking cursor. When you see this, you may safely close the command prompt, and try uninstalling the software again.
