A shame that this won't be mass produced because the oil companies would never allow such a thing to happen.
Nothing stops companies like GM making this kind of thing other than money.
Seriously, could you imagine the amount of money driving something like this as a second vehicle would save America? The economy would boom. People would be able to afford more, spend more, commute more.
It makes so much sense to do it hurts.

There are a number of professional converters around the country (though sadly too few) like myself. Where are you located?
