So because it doesn't look 100% realistic, has it's cheezy moments and doesn't use full blown animated cut scenes, you're going to score it lower? Plus you keep blaming the hardware on "limitations" and bringing up the DS. Focus on the game itself and what it offers and leave the personal opinions out of the reviews.

It's meant to be a video game, aka FUN, not an accurate simulation of real life. Clearly you (and everyone who bashes on the Wii for no reason) don't get that.

The reason the graphics in the trauma center/team games are unrealistic is because they don't want to make people nauseous

i see why the series got worse, they replaced Rob with idiots like Chris Lockey to give half-assed reviews saying that everything is weird and frustrating. The still image cutscenes are what is unique to this game, clearly this guy has no idea of what he is talking about. I mean seriously....comparing frame-rates to the DS...

The Graphics segment Pissed me off. Do you want to have your heart videotaped and shown? and either way, did you see the pixels? did it look like sir graham to you? this is the most accurate any console outside of DOS or the AMIGA has gotten to organs, close enough to be identifiable, but not realistic enough to disgust people.
