@kingofthedagons That's exactly what I was saying.... the cops were 'cleared of any wrong doing'... yet the Court awarded her $60K. Only in America could law enforcement be 'cleared of any wrong doing' and the victim be awarded damages.

@filly4billy2002 She was sprayed in the face by a police officer with no cause to arrest her. That violates her right to unreasonable search and seizure. She should have gotten a million dollars and that apparently handicapped police officer should have went to jail for 20 years, or been executed, his choice. He has a RESPONSIBILITY to uphold the contract we have with the government. That girl did nothing wrong.

I was once a student worker at Pima Community College working as campus security under the supervision of the campus police. In a room full of cops, a rookie cop stated that the reason he joined the force was "so I could bash some heads in", every cop in the room thought it was funny and laughed, even their superior officer laughed! I almost cried. That's when I realized that they are not here to protect and serve, but to harass and intimidate!
