A simple video showing how to mail merge using Microsoft Word 2010. In this video, we use a downloaded address label template, but any template can be used, or you can use the built in templates.

Downloadable Templates can be found through the URL below

  • Thank you so much for this, but I do have one lingering questions. Why in the heck do we click on "Letter" when what we are doing are "Labels". Like that is helpful, Word 2010????

  • @jocelynems5 Haha! It is annoying, but it actually might be because of the way we are approaching it in this example. If you clicked on labels, Word would make you choose one of their preloaded templates to work with. The raffle tix template is not preloaded, so would be be stuck by choosing that route. However, if you were working on something preloaded like Address Labels for example, you could use the labels button to make things easier.
