Very cool footage of old and new equipment in use in Honolulu. Honolulu F.D. has quite the tradition of holding onto and using older equipment a lot longer than the "Mainland" does....It's sad that a block of Historic Buildings were most likely sacraficed for a "redevelopment" project in the sixties just for some damn skyscraper project. I've seen the same thing over here in Stockton. I'll bet this might've even been Honolulu's Chinatown. That's how Stockton lost ours. At least it's filmed.
