@blakesspace Colin Baker is absolutely ace as Bayban in this episode and he really should have beencast as Blake in B7 he would have been a very much better choice of actor to play Blake than Gareth Thomas who cleared off after two seasons whereas Colin had he played Blake would never have done that. If Colin played Blake, he would have stayed for season 3 and possibly Blake's 7 might have still got season 4 and also a season 5 or even a season 6 Colin would have been ace as Blake.

@1gallifrey1 I think Colin was ace as Bayban, in Blake's Seven and I think Colin should have been cast as Blake instead of Gareth thomas who had no staying power and Gareth cleared off after two seasons and if Colin had played Blake he would have stayed around longer than Gareth Thomas and B7 might have run for ten seasosns who knows?.

@borgduck I agree and I also think Colin should have been cast as Blake instead of Gareth Thomas. Colin would have been a better choice of actor for Blake in billions of ways, he would have stayed in B7 for season 3 and B7 could well have gone on running for more than 4 saesons and we might have got 10 seasons of Blake's Seven. What is your view if any, on my opinion of Colin Baker should have been cast as Blake in b7 please?.

@blakesspace I agree but I honestly think, Colin Baker should have played Roj Blake instead of Gareth Thomas. Colin Baker had he played Blake, would never have buzzed off after two seasons Colin would have remainedin B7 for however long the series ran for.

I found Colin has staying power, which Gareth tended to lack Gareth cleared off after series two of Blake's seven and it was disappointing to Gareth's fans.What do you think if anything, about Colin Baker playing Blake in Blake's seven and sticking around longer if he had played Blake?.

@kamelion7 Technically his isn't the shortest - the honors go to McGann and Eccelston (the latter I know is popular but I think his attitude has always harmed my view of watching him in the role).

Colin was an excellent Doctor and when you hear him in "Big FInish" you can see what he could've been had he been given better scripts (they're not all gems but they are not tripe either here), and had a decent costume. I am in the minority on the coat - it'd been better in blue - I hated the rest.

He said when he became the Doctor he intended to stay in the role of the Doctor, for either as long as Tom Bakers sven years or if at all possible saty much longer,
