@dimirtiy40 If any member of my familly (kids, teens) forgets passport in the car or in the hotel room in Arizona, could go to jail (Risk). In some other countries you deposit passport in hotels front desk and enjoy the stay.

In Mexico we dont ask for passport to US citizens at the beach or at the pool.

What Im saying when I said ADD is that both countries have problems both sides, its better to work together and solve them.
