I would have used annotations for the subs, instead of pasting them on the video. Doing that would allow you to correct any mistakes.

The Japanese version of Christmas is different than ours in a few ways. The spiritual/Christian aspect seems pretty much absent, it's traditional to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken, and it's become a romantic day for some reason.
