The U.K.s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence has posted treatment guidelines online that state "pacemakers may be implanted in patients of any age."
-
U.K. guidelines make clear that patients of "any age" may receive pacemakers, for example. And in fact, official statistics show 47 patients aged 100 or older got new or replacement pacemakers in a single recent year.

As in, WHAT a SHIT HEAD!
I lived in Canada for 14 years.
Guess what, their system works VERY well.
-
So there are no waiting lists like in Canada >? No government should be involved in healthcare.

If this prick wants to make his point he should stick to what he knows about. He clearly knows nothing about the UK healthcare system and should refrain from disparaging comments about it. Do you think we don't have any old people over here? Do we kill them off when they are sick? No. We treat them if they are physically up to the trauma. And you know what? We do it for free, and EVERYONE gets it.
this guy is smarter than you, maybe you should listen to his wisdom

Health Care is NOT FREE in the UK or Canada. You are taxed and taxed and taxed, and you still do not receive the QUALITY of care received in the USA.
What good is "free" if it is poor quality care?
