  • No he doesn't, butt kicks can be done with the legs downward, or with the knees high like in this video. High Knees looks more like running with exaggerated motion.

  • I think this would have been great except for the print that stays on the screen inhibiting how I can actually see what he is doing. A bit annoying.

  • Not a big fan haha! He doesnt say much about why its wrong to bring foot back... he's assuming an application to sprinting here. For example, Distance runners often emphasize more of a posterior motion when pawing at the ground and forward lean of the body from the ankle.

  • Good technique on the high knee's

  • theories all long bro. ever seen michael johnson run or tyson gay...leg propel body foward thus causing their legs to go far behind their gluets.
