Vikings vs Panthers

Steve Smith is the greatest threat to (and greatest hope for) a Minnesota victory. If he and Delhomme aren't clicking for whatever reason, than attempts will be wasted and the Vikes might get a turnover or two. If they ARE clicking, it could get ugly.

Frerotte has been named the starter. I'm hopeful that he'll look better this year as a Viking than he did last year as a Ram.

i also feel like the play calling sucks, the coachs need to balance out the passing and rushing, in the 2 games that they lost it was rush rush pass on third,thats not gonna work, gotta have a more balance play calling, sides that we r in trouble cus it seems like shancoe is turning into a troy willianson, and in the wc offense we need our te's to be able to catch the ball and hold on to it, well thats my thoughts.

That's a good way to put it: Shiancoe's the next Williamson. Dude's got talent, he just drops too many.

With Berrian's turf toe and Jackson benched and McKinnie out 4 games and Birk upset with no new contract and Shiancoe's drops, I'm starting to worry about a 7 or 6 win season.

We're not the giants. Giants is way better and has a smart QB. Never compare a record to a team that was way better than us. Is jackson still with us no? was manning still with giants last year, yes and he still is. Jackson will always be a backup throughout his nfl years.
