This is a great hymn. Only it in not sung by the Choir of the Morriston Tabernacle Swansea Wales. It was sung at the Morriston Tabernacle, however it was sung by many people attending the SONGS OF PRAISE event there in around 2004. You can see and hear the original if you cut and paste this into youtube...
Welsh Chapel Choir - Guide me O thou Great Redeemer - live Nov 2004
It can be heard in stereo at that address.
Songs of Praise should be credited for the sound track.

@YoodellyHoo It's perfect for a funeral. I want it played at mine. "Bread of Heaven/Feed me now and evermore."

@YoodellyHoo It was also sung at the funeral of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.

Is this actually written by a guy called William Williams? If so, WIN!

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Tonight (March 13), I attended a Lent service at a local Lutheran Church. We sang this as the closing hymn. It is #618 in Evangelical Lutheran Worship.
Love this hymn. We had it an my Granddad's funeral. The Vicar tried to stop us because he thought it wasn't suitable for a funeral, but we insisted.
This is a lovely version - gorgeous Welsh accents! (I'm English so they seem really exotic to me0

@YoodellyHoo I love this hymn too! It is actually very suitable for a funeral service. It was the closing hymn to Princess Diana's funeral service at Westminster Abbey.
