Can you detail how you have these patched together? I have a similar Modular setup with a MF-101, MF-102, and MF -107 , and I have all of the jacks run through a patchebay for easy access.

I pull all the patch cables out and redo them from scratch for each "Jam Session" so I couldn't say with any certainty, but try the Freq out -> 107 audio in, 102 LFO out -> 107 wave, 107 Env out -> 102 frquency. That should get you close and then the audio route as you see fit and experiment.

I love them, the way you can patch them together is just too fun. They go way beyond any other pedals can do (that I've seen).
