He should bring his back leg all the way over, he kinda just cuts it off after he throws. Finish the motion.

@mehik7734 explain to me how that is leagal in any way. there are three ways to pick to third. Step of the rubber and throw (the step has to be back), a leg kick which the pitcher steps toward third, and a snap throw where the pitcher never disingages the rubber.
