@adrenacrumb In fact, it depends also upon which version of that book they read, does it not? So many versions, and they do not all agree with each other.

Inspiring words as always Vladika , especially on the essential goodness of mankind . Here in our tower bloc we have two young kids who collect soda tops for a charity . I can remember getting into a huge row with a friend of mine because they were ' Two Muslim kids ' . So when I think of their good example, and you're sage words , my faith in mankind is renewed .

@ComradeAgopian It is inexcusable to have such an attitude at that toward people of other cultures. Individual Muslims are certainly not responsible for the "face of Islam."

What is your view of the documentary hypothesis of the first five books? I am a fan of E text

@JohnTheHutDweller I did look at the information on the Documentary Hypoth. I had heard it under other names. As it is presented, it is quite correct. There are elements in the Torah which quite clearly did not appear there until after the return from Babylon (actually, from the new Persian Empire) and they contain elements of Zarathustrianism.

@allsaintsmonastery absolutely. I understand. for the longest time I was the lone voice on youtube speaking out against toll houses. then you came along Thank G-d. I send your videos to many of my viewers. you are a great man. you do ot need to make a video if you don't have the time. My name is Yusef. your videos are a blessing. may you live 10000 years. I came to Orthodoxy but wound up hating the monks and was angery at G-d but you helped heal me. thank you your beatitude thank you

@JohnTheHutDweller I will have to read about the Doc Hyp. first. I cannot always please everyone with the videos. Some of them make some people outraged, like the next one that I am going to post. However, when people are teaching something that is false, and that is harming people, then we need to speak about it.
