Taping a shoe lace to the end of the bag helps for pulling, as you can just step on the shoe lace and pull the bottle up instead of putting your hand in like that. Another tip, get a socket top for a a socket wrench, and push a pipe screen into it, this will fit onto almost any bottle, putting some electric tape around it will help picking it up after use, as it gets hot, another option is to tie a cable tie around it.
